Practices will be 90 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June/July early evenings. Practices will continue through July when our final event concludes. Our practices have been intentionally scheduled to not conflict with our additional team and program resources to maximize training environment, player experience, and opportunities

The games most talented players will lead our Summer Pro Training series in June. We are very excited to welcome PLL & NLL Pros to Tacoma this June. These very skilled individuals, who have shown their talent both on and off the field, will personally guide and mentor our South Sound players through a curated collection of skills and drills. With their expert guidance and unmatched experience, our aspiring athletes will definitely learn new skills and knowledge.

Positional training sessions are a fantastic way to receive individualized instruction from our elite group of specialty coaches. Positional sessions are tailored to give detailed adjustments to players that want to build their positional IQ as well as lacrosse mechanics. There will be 4 summer specialty trainings that are free to all South Sound Summer Team participants! They serve as a compliment to regular practices and are optional, but highly recommended.
