Gratitude

We have gratitude for the game, parents, teammates, coaches, the process, the wins, the losses, every failure, every accomplishment, for every moment. We do not waste a moment, because we never get them back!

Hustle

We run on the field, run the field, run off the field. ALWAYS finish the play. In practice, we believe intensity in drills prepares ourselves and our teammates for games. We can always control our effort and we know every play is important, so we always play like it is 0-0 regardless of the actual score.

Respect

We look into coaches and each others’ eyes when they are talking, we do not talk when they talk. We treat our coaches, our opponents, and the referees with the respect that they deserve and we control our emotions. We respect our surroundings and leave every field cleaner than it was when we got there. Attitude is one of the only things we can control, so we intentionally maintain one that is positive and growth focused.

Discipline

We do the little things right. We don’t focus on the big plays, but instead strive to be best at all of the little plays. The big plays come as a result. We understand that being great at the fundamentals is what will elevate our game. There is a difference between making the wrong choice and making a mistake on the right choice.

Perspective

We strive to focus on the “controllables.” Our controllables are our preparation, attitude, effort, and character in the face of adversity. We understand that this game, this club, and the experiences that come with them help us grow; as individuals, as a community, both on and off the field.

Growth

We embrace mistakes as an opportunity to get better. We never lose; instead we learn. The only play that ever matters is the next one so play the game like it's always 0-0. We also foster growth of the sport and community by encouraging others to play, donating time, and encouraging every player, no matter what jersey they wear.

Accountability

We recognize that our decisions on and off the field have consequences that can affect both ourselves and our team. We are accountable for ourselves and our team. We show up on time with the proper equipment. It is on us to make sure we are ready, not our parent’s.
