sUMMER Practices

Summer Practice sessions will help players become familiar with team strategies before tournaments. These sessions enable players to enhance individual skills, foster team chemistry, and physically prepare for events. Coaches will tailor drills and scrimmages to each team's specific needs. Throughout the summer season, coaches will progressively develop schemes, tactics, drills, and stick work to ensure continuous player improvement. Training times are strategically selected to maximize player development and enhance the team experience.

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays June through July - Minimum of 12 practices throughout the summer and schedules will vary slightly based on tournaments.

    June: 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30
    July: 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23

  • Weekend Team Training Camp providing all teams a weekend worth of team building, bonding, and training to prepare for upcoming season. Teams should expect 2-3 hours Saturday and 2-3 hours Sunday. More info on the Team Camp page HERE.
