Respect

We treat our coaches, our opponents, and the referees with the respect that they deserve and we control our emotions. We respect our surroundings and leave every field cleaner than it was when we got there. We respect the roots of the game recognizing it is a Native game and we honor it every time we step on the field.

Hustle

We run on the field, run the field, run off the field. ALWAYS finish the play. In practice, we believe intensity in drills prepares ourselves and our teammates for games. We can always control our effort and we know every play is important.

Growth

We embrace mistakes as an opportunity to get better. We learn from our losses and build on our wins. We are coachable and constantly strive to improve. We foster growth of the sport and community by encouraging others to play, donating time, and being a good ambassador for the sport. We understand that this game and the experiences that come with them help us grow as individuals; on and off the field.

Discipline

We focus on what we can control. We understand that being great at the fundamentals is what will elevate our game. We value the process more than the outcome. We understand it is better to make a mistake on the right choice than to make the wrong choice.

FUN

We recognize that lacrosse is a game, and is an amazing sport to get outside, build friendships, and exercise! We enjoy our time on the field and the opportunity we have to play. The best way to get better at anything in life is to have passion and make it fun vs making it “work”.

Accountable

We are accountable for our behavior, our equipment, our preparation, and our actions on and off the field. We take ownership for our mistakes and put our team first before ourselves.
